Whimsical Hobbit House in the Shenandoah Virginia "Shire"

Where Hobbits vacation above ground when in the "Virginia Shire". This unique, whimsical creation will sleep up to 4 guests. Hobbits do love luxury and you will find that and more here at Hobbit House! We offer in house surround sound with SiriusXM and a Bluetooth connect feature, gorgeous large tiled shower, a wood burning fireplace, outdoor grill, fire ring area, screened in porch and hot tub. Management is available 24/7 with just a phone call or text.

***We sanitize the cabin and change the hot tub water before and after every guest***

Your payment constitutes your agreement to our rental contract, so you do not need to sign and return it to us. Rates are based on DOUBLE OCCUPANCY and do not include tax, processing or insurance fees.

ADDITIONAL ADULTS ARE $25 PER NIGHT PER ADULT, ONE CHILD FREE PER PAYING ADULT We do verify the number of guests during your stay. Please see the contract agreement for details regarding additional guests not accounted for on the reservation. Non-refundable Pet fee $75 per pet plus tax, 2 pet max. Non-refundable Pet fee $75 per pet, 2 pet max.

Weekend Minimum stay 2 nights, 3 night minimum for Holiday dates. We do offer one night stays during the week.

We do require payment in full at the time of booking unless other arrangements are agreed to at the time of booking.
