"Had to switch rooms because we had no tv, the room smelled terrible and it was dirty. We were given another room and while the staff was accommodating the hotel itself is outdated and not cleanly. "

"Every staff person was kind and helpful. The room was clean and conveniently appointed. The breakfast bar was out of stock on typical items (peanut butter and butter, e.g.) but, again, the staff was helpful and apologetic."

"Paid for hotel in advance on hotels.com with virtual version of my cc. Woman at front desk kept saying my card declined and her boss had to come out and tell her again and again the room was prepaid and that she couldn’t use the virtual cc on file with hotels.com for room incidentals and that’s why it said declined. She could not understand and he had to take over. This took awhile so not a good check in. "

"I Love the Inn at Leola Village. It is one of my favorite places. I love that all of the rooms are just a little different. The staff are always very helpful and professional. This is my number 1 place to stay when I’m visiting Lancaster."
