"Booked the Pearl over MLK weekend to attend a hockey tournament centered in Hershey, PA. The house easily accommodated everyone in our group (6 adults). The house was fully stocked with all the creature comforts (coffee, snacks, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper etc.). Pete was also very accommodating and allowed us a late checkout time that aligned with our tournament schedule. All and all a great location and stay at the pearl. We hope to book again next year! "

"It's a really nice place, and it's super quiet, even though it's near the train tracks, but the sound's not bad. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms are all well-equipped and pretty decent. Just a heads-up, it's an older house, so you can hear the wood creaking when you walk. The rent was a steal compared to other places around here, and Ben, the host, is super nice and helpful. He answered everything I needed right away while I was there."

"I was unable to stay at this home because it did not have the beds advertised. It also smelled of smoke, had ashtrays and broken smoke alarms. It was advertised as a non-smoking home. The walls were yellowed from smoke. 1 stayed less than 1 hour, just long enough to find another place to stay."

"This property was a dump. Described as “Gorgeous “ but owner definitely has a misunderstanding of the definition of this word. When we walked in the entire first floor reeked of fried fish. Stunk to high heaven. Nauseous! The upstairs smelled like a funeral parlor. Food left in refrigerator and freezer. A box of Night time NyQuil was left in a cupboard above the stove and was melted down into a sticky mess and dripping onto the stove. Disgusting. Front of house is 10 feet from 4 lane highway....
