“This is one of the best properties I've ever had the pleasure to stay as a family, and definitely one of the best ones by Tokyos standards. Spacious apartment, super thoughtful amenities, ready to cook kitchen and all necessary appliances included. Beautiful interior design immediately welcomes you and spacious and comfortable beds help you get a restful sleep to be ready for the next day. Centrally located with walking distance to Shinjuku downtown, national park, transit, 7/11 and Shinjuku……

“It's a very Western-style hotel, new and young. The staff is friendly and helpful but not as humble as other Japanese hotel staff I've experienced.”

“The mattress was surprisingly soft, and it was disappointing that the hotel couldn't get us a spared blanket. We were not able to properly sleep and rest throughout our stay here.”

“Being a member of the hotel group, I’ve been staying in this hotel for more than 20 years during my visit in Shinjuku area. Cost me more than 90,000 yen for 2 nights and being allocated to a single room on 3/F. The only view from my room was the external concrete wall of a building in front. When asking for extension of check-out time at the counter, the serving staff (from other country) was not very helpful like those Japanese staff before.”
