“Everything was as described. Hotel is easy to find, has plenty of parking, and is reasonably well maintained. Breakfast was a bit loud and chaotic, but the staff did try to keep the hot food full... Eggs, potato, and sausage. Other options were cereal, yogurt, waffles, toast, pastries, oatmeal packets, juice, milk and coffee. 1 elevator for the whole building, so you might wait if you're on a higher floor. It was quiet in the hotel by 11 pm. Housekeeping was a miss in our opinion, the mini……

“The entire place smelled like stale cigarettes. We didn't want to touch anything. Once we got in to our actual room it wasn't too terrible. Was able to sleep decent enough after a few cocktails but wouldn't stay here again. We wanted to swim but we wouldn't go in the pool after seeing the state of the rest of the location.”

“Self check in/out made the process simple! The room was large and had a great air conditioning window unit. The walk from downtown Stillwater was around 10 minutes and it was nice to be removed from all the bars/noise.”

“This is a lovely property in the heart of Stillwater. The reason we will not return is that the street noise from “hot rodding” motorcycles , trucks and cars cruising the main drag starts in early evening and continues into early morning hours. (We know this after 5 years of annual stays ). The noise is worst in the highest priced rooms that face the street. Dining on the patio in front of the hotel requires one to shout to be heard by others at your table😳. Not worth it.”

“I've stayed here many times and keep going back because it is a great place to stay. From the outside this appears like any other highway motel with no-frills architecture and a good view of the interstate. What sets this place apart are the cleanliness of the rooms, their pleasant decor, the friendly helpful staff, and it's great location, not only close to the highway, but also close to thriving and picturesque downtown Hudson, ...and not far from the rest of the Twin Cities. “The hotel was quiet. The rooms were well furnished, plenty of space for suitcases and counterspace/desk for placing personal items. An easy to use TV remote! Very nice breakfast buffet! ”

“My mother and I were super excited to spend a weekend away for mother's Day in Stillwater. Especially at this hotel that was close to downtown , the river and had a rooftop bar and restaurant. However, the restaurant was not open or serving food on the rooftop and the bar was open, though the bartender didn't know how to make simple drinks. My mother ordered a bloody Mary and it was horrible! Just tasted like tomato juice and celery salt. No olives, cheese, celery or a beef stick to go with it.……
