“Easy check in. The room was nice and clean but it was very cold when we arrived. It was cold outside and the heat wasn't turned on so it took quite awhile to warm up. The heat had to be on constantly to keep the room warm. It did eventually warm up. Pretty basic cold breakfast which was ok. The room price was good which is important. We'll stay again.”

“The Aurora Staples Inn is a fantastic B&B, one of the best. The accommodations in the St. Croix Suite is spectacular, with antique furniture, in room fireplace, huge suite space, and amazing linens and decor. We appreciate the hassle-free checkin, host greeting, and the ease of parking and location to downtown. We will stay here every time we visit Stillwater.”

“I should of spent a few more dollar at one of the other hotels in the area. Everything in this place is old like the 80s, or 90s they haven't put any money into maintaining the up keep. The linings to the carpet and bed probably the original from when it open. The window in our room wasn't able to close all the way. The parking lot wasn't plowed. I was scared to go in the pool and hot tub due to the look of the entire hotel. Will never stay there again.”

“Very comfortable and unique hotel. Elegant, but not snobby. Staff was very courteous and professional. It was a little confusing navigating the parking with a heavy traffic from the Snow Sculpture Festival, I was very glad I’d read the instructions closely enough to have a basic idea where I was going - it would be okay if it was explained in even a bit more detail. Very clean. My son and I are both very sensitive to smells and scented cleaning projects and this was one of few places I’ve……

“The overall experience of the hotel was amazing! The room was clean, we did have an issue with the smoke alarm being faulty but they helped asap with the issue. The staff was courteous and respectful, helping out with a dispute with expedia charging for the room and the system with pre-check in charging for the room as well.quick and easy matter to fix. Also the atmosphere was peaceful since we decided to come in during the slower season to enjoy a little vacation from home! 10/10 would book……
