“It’s such a special place for us to stay. The hotel holds such lovely memories of our wedding day. It’s been developed even more now, but tastefully, holding its true identity in style and decor, with the more modern twists where needed. Every staff member is friendly, the food is delicious, lounge areas comfy, outside areas maintained and modern, and the views over Cardiff and out to sea are wonderful. Our room in the older part of the hotel was quirky and so comfortable with lovely views,……

“入住是問他拿取牙刷牙膏，他笑容滿面地答Certainly, 還好我晚上自己又去買，回到房間他答我out of stock. 房間的電話是不能用的，壞掉了，跟他說了也不位我更換。另外洗衣服送回給我時竟然問我啦信用卡號碼，我說我不舒服，費用掛在房間上我走的時候會結，他答如果我不立即給他，就要立即來收回我的衣服，這是什麼服務，2022年的酒店也會這樣子。房間有多不清潔的毛巾，給我新的但是不拿走舊的，任由一堆毛巾放在廁所的一角”

“外觀亮麗, 內裡未及水準. 服務其實不錯, 員工陽光熱情友善, 水煲有銹漬, 立即更換, 可惜仍不算乾淨, 清洗後可用. 房間有設計感, 很漂亮, 但並不舒適, 搖搖椅玩玩可以, 休息不可. 床槈極盡之軟, 基本上整個人下䧟, 轉身也很費力, 睡一小時可以, 睡一晚起床必背痛. 早餐優秀, 除一般應有的, 還可另點pancake 及 Avocado on Toast 等, 非常高質. ”

“Everything as usual was excellent, However i was disappointed with the standard of the buffet breakfast. On previous occasions we were table served. Breakfast was freshly cooked quite special. Now unfortunately the llanerch breakfast experience has become ordinary and generic and dare i say, not worthy of the £20 charge. Saying all that, we enjoy the lovely spacious rooms, quiet disposition and friendly staff. We will, ofcourse come to stay again. ”

“Nice hotel near city center. You can walk through city center and find many restaurants. Cardiff castle is nearby.”
