Five hour delay !
On time departure.
The flight attendant, Jared, was extremely polite, helpful, and had a great personality.
Easy check in. Very nice flight attendants and staff
Your seats are too small. But the nice staff let me move to an exit seat since I was tall
Philly was the unhappiest airport ive ever been in. Aa employees were loud and vocal re: gate changes. Very unprofessional. I will not fly out of there if possible again!
American eagle jets were really comfortable and clean
When selecting my seat for my connecting flight, there were only two seats left and they were both an additional charge. I selected one because I thought I wouldn’t have a seat if I didn’t. Afterwards, I learned that I would have had a seat without paying an additional charge. I think this is an unfair practice
