The hotel was clean. The pool was a nice size. The staff (Jane and Stephanie in particular) were friendly and helpful. There are several restaurants nearby. The swamp rabbit bike trail is not far away. We really enjoyed our stay!

I like the location. The room looks much bigger on line. The floors are not being mopped. I walked around without socks and cleaned my feet with a white wash cloth and it was terrible. I was just checking in so there’s no way my feet were dirty. The carpet needs to be cleaned or taken up. The 2nd floor smells like a sweaty locker room.

Only 10 minutes from all the shops and restaurants downtown Greenville. The breakfast was quite awesome and huge! Beds were super comfortable. Nice dark room at night. Only complaint would be the humidity of the room. Aside from that, I would def book again at this location.

The sleeper sofa mattress had dried food on it. When we opened it, used toiletries fell out of the sofa. The mini fridge was leaking. Front desk staff exchanged the mattress for us.

Well pleased, the property was clean, the staff was friendly, and when it comes to a continental breakfast, I would consider this probably the best I have ever had. My wife and I will make sure we avail ourselves of this property the next time we visit Greenville.

My stay at the Best Western was thoroughly enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly staff made it a great experience. It's only a 10-minute drive from the airport, depending on the time of day. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby.
