“This property is very run down and dirty. Many things are outdated or broken. Needs lots of maintenance. Pools were dirty. The beach was full of weeds. Only saw 2 staff the whole time. Never saw anything being cleaned or maintained. I could go on and on. Will never stay here again!”

“The place was spotless! It felt like it was brand new. There was a bit of a disconnect between VRBO and the host regarding the check-in process. VRBO thought the host would let me know how to access the property but the host thought VRBO would communicate that information to me. Ultimately the host supplied me with what I needed to know. The place was very roomy and had everything you would need. This would be perfect for a family with a couple of kids. The only nit I would pick was regarding……

“Property was very spacious and clean. Owners communicated very effectively. Enjoyed the tickets to Bridge’s Bay Waterpark even though the outdoor pool was closed down due to a leak. Centrally located to many activities in Okoboji and Spirit Lake. Definitely will stay again!!”
