Convenient location that provides solitude and quiet, hiking trail for exercise (the driveway gives you a private hiking path as well), and a rural setting for those of us who love being in the countryside. The house welcomes you as soon as you step inside. Tastefully furnished, comfortable bed and linens, kitchen is expertly equipped for making meals. East facing deck provides a warm and sunny place for having that first cup of coffee while watching the red Cardinal……

“With the combination of beds/bathrooms and space, the house met all our needs for an extended family gathering. The property was the perfect place for viewing the total Eclipse. Close to Yellow Springs, Young's Dairy, hiking, large backyard. With all these options, our group age range of 1-83 found something for everyone.”

“The house had a lot of work done to it and they did a great job to clean it up and make it very comfortable! Even though I knew it going into our stay, I wish there was a Second Bathroom. We were able to make it work but the good thing I will say is the hot water for showering was never an issue. The other thing I will say is be careful with how many people stay. There might have been an innocent mistake in the number of beds, but there were not 4 queen beds as described. there were 3 with a set……
