First time staying here. The facility was excellent; room was clean, breakfast was standard but tasty. The dining area has one of those "grind and brew on demand" coffee machines. As far as I could tell t was available at all times. The Staff was very helpful, we needed an extra towel on one of our days, no problem. For some reason both the room keys stopped working, the Desk Clerk reactivated them, no problem.

The room was neat and clean. Beds were super comfy. Breakfast was great! Eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Yogurt, hard boiled eggs, muffins, bagels, toast, pancakes and oatmeal. We had a 2 bed suite with couch. Super spacious with 3 older boys .5 total in room

The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately the rooms were not thoroughly cleaned. There was dust in the bathroom and it looked like the room and hallway were never vacuumed. The elevator was broken, the pool was out of commission, and the ice maker on the second floor was broken. This is not what I expect from a Holiday Inn Express.

Staff had great customer service. The previous shift was supposed to have are room on the first floor but their was some miscommunications so when we checked in it wasn’t available. They made this right and put us in a suite and gave us some snacks and drinks for the mix up. They did this on their own initiative. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. We had a great experience.

Overall cleanliness was good. Bed was comfortable. Climate control good. Would prefer a slightly more comfortable chair for lounging if I were staying longer. This is just personal preference as I don’t like to have to be in the bed all the time. One disappointing thing was no longer having coffee in the rooms; stating something along the lines of reducing waste . However then having plastic cups wrapped in plastic for “drinks “ . Coffee is available in the lobby around the clock however, who wants to go down there when you first wake up in the morning to get your coffee. I would prefer it in the room so as I habitually have coffee before I get ready for my day, it’s there. Overall, good experience would stay here regularly if needed. Breakfast was pretty good too nice to have a variety and not just bagels and muffins and yogurt.
