“The apartment was perfectly as described and VERY generous on space. The building itself did have us a bit concerned- the hallways to the apartments left a little to be desired in the cleanliness department- but the unit itself was very clean. I feel it would also be helpful to point out that while the listing says parking is available, it is street parking only or a paid lot, not private parking for the building.Host was openly communicative in a timely manner with all necessary info for check……

“This property was perfect for my visit to Dayton. Its less than 10 min from the AF museum, there is a wonderful day park less than a mile up the road my dogs loved! And the apartment was the perfect size for a couple traveling with pets. The host was amazing in keeping me updated on weather emergencies and contingencies in case the weather got worse (ie. Tornado shelter areas). Highly recommend this property.”

“We traveled to Dayton to visit the Air Force Museum and Carillon Historical Park and to catch a ball game. What you see in the listing in what you get: a clean, comfortable townhouse with a very comfortable bed. Great location (walk to Dayton Dragons) and restaurants. Two caveats: the stairs are steep and shallow, use caution going up and down. People who need absolute darkness to sleep, bring a mask or be an early riser. West facing window in stairwell filters light into the bedroom. That being……

“Property was not in safe area parking was horrible there was only 2 bath towels for both of us for a 2 night stay no hand towels and the property does not furnish washcloths. I contacted the host the evening we arrived and explained to her and she assured us she would send someone over with them that evening we waited for an hour no one came I messaged her again no response. I then contacted VRBO and they tried reaching out to her with no response. I messaged her again the next morning and she……

“The rental was not without merit but for every positive there was a dissapointment. The shower was nice but the bathmat was stained from water that repeatedly soaked it from the water that leaked from the door. It had a nice covered front porch to sit on but it was questionable if you wanted to use it. One example was a man yelling as he walked with a long stick hitting signs and posts as he brisky walked up the street. It had a coffee pot but only 2 cups that held hot liquid and did not leak.……

“Unfortunately, we could not stay at this property when we walked in. It was not in good condition. You could tell no one had been in the townhome for a very long time. There were cobwebs and several areas the kitchen counters were dirty and the place where the property was was in a very sketchy area did not look how it did online or safe due to this. We did not even bother to contact the property manager. We chose on our own to leave and go book a hotel for our stay also the front door did not……
