Your condo will have the benefit of being a first- floor ocean, front-condo with views of the natural dunes and literally steps away from the beach walk-over. Your condo has all of the luxuries of home in a paradise setting, including a fully equipped and stocked kitchen, Wi-Fi, cable TV, washer and dryer, a 45-inch flat screen with Bluetooth sound television, and updated furnishings. Other luxuries include, a foosball coffee table, a sleep sofa for the unplanned (or planned!) guests, a private first-floor patio facing the dunes and beach walk-over, ceiling fans, and smart televisions in each of the bedrooms. Your condo will comfortably sleep six people. The master bedroom suite has a comfy king-size bedroom, and the master bath has a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a double and a twin bed. The guest bath has an updated bath and shower combo. The living room features a comfy sofa bed for the extras who want a piece of paradise.

When you are not relaxing on the beach or in the condo, the resort has lots for you and your loved ones to do. There are two swimming pools, four newly resurfaced tennis courts, shuffleboard, a new bocce ball court, pickleball court, and racquetball! Old St. Augustine is just a fifteen-minute drive should you choose to venture out! St. Augustine Amphitheatre, a hot music venue, is just a seven-minute drive. You will never be bored!
