Appliances were in working order. Kitchen equipment was sparse when more than one person was prepping meals. Home was in need of a thorough deep cleaning and routine maintenance to repair water damage, electrical outlets, light bulb outages. There were numerous visible stains on furniture, carpets, walls, and ceilings. Exhaust fans were grimy. Bedcovers we’re in need of deep cleaning. Cockroaches were found in the home. There was little room to move around in bedrooms and no place to store clothing. No room to stow suitcases in rooms. We met our kids and their spouses for a long weekend and the condo was just the right size and had all the amenities we needed for a fun stay. The rooms were large and comfortable so all of us could gather around the table or get a little quite time in a private room. We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen and had all the utensils we needed; even a large soup pot. We enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi area almost daily with our 7 and 3 year old grandkids. The tick-tack-toe board was a big hit with the littles!
