“The place is great. Really nice patio and rooftop with water views. May was great with communication the entire time. The location was not super clear but it is right up the hill from E C gas station. It’s definitely not A 5 minute walk, realistically 10-12 minutes which is not bad at all. As others have said the driveway is a very steep hill but still walkable and drivable. End of the day we had an amazing time and loved the unit.”

“This place is a hidden gem!! the rooms are rundown, but have what you need. They even have extra beach gear, including bags, towels, toys to borrow.Dave and Karen run it like a bed-and-breakfast -where they take care of their guests and they encourage guests to get to know each other. We met a lot of nice people during the rum punch happy hour and breakfast time. We will definitely stay here when we return to St. John!”

“The containers were super clean and the A/C kept it very cool. We loved the outdoor shower and the bathroom was kept very clean. Although we only cooked one breakfast, we found all the equipment we needed including a mini-grill and a coffee pot. Whatever we forgot was something we could buy on an honor system and we got our own shelf in the fridge. The birds were amazing, darts and frisbees were fun to have, loved the access to free snorkel stuff, and we really liked our host! ”

“Seagrape Vista was one of the best rentals we’ve stayed in - super clean and new. The rooms were airy and spacious plus a full kitchen. The pool area was also very well maintained and had a storage area stocked with everything we needed for the beach - chair cushions, towels, snorkels, beach chairs and coolers. It is a quick walk into Cruz Bay (7-10 mins) that’s a little longer on the way back due to a steep hill. There is plenty of parking for rental cars too. The host was very responsive and...

“The condo was perfect! Communication prior to our visit was great and we had no issues once we arrived. Loved having someone meet us when we arrived to take us around the area and to the condo.
