The White House at Stansbury- on the Esplanade, excellent sea views!

THE WHITE HOUSE is located on the Esplanade of Stansbury, across the road from the playground. This renovated 3 bedroom holiday home accommodates up to 9 guests and is sure to please!

Unwind and take in the beautiful sea views this property offers. The front patio area has an eight-seater dining table with gas BBQ and a large swivel umbrella to keep you protected from the sun.

Offering an open plan lounge/dining area with r/c air conditioner, a 70 inch Smart TV, DVD player and radio. Plenty of entertainment for all, including: DVDs, toys and games for everybody to enjoy.

Fully equipped kitchen complete with microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, Aldi coffee machine (BYO own Aldi pods) and other standard amenities plus basic condiments.

The front bedroom consists of a king size bed and single size bed with trundle plus TV. The second bedroom has a queen and single size bed with plus TV. Both bedrooms have fans and plenty of storage. The back bedroom has a queen size bed with a wall mounted fan. Bathroom with vanity, shower over small hip bath & w/c. 2nd separate toilet.

If you have young children you will be pleased to know that there is a porta cot, highchair, stroller, kids table, change table in the bathroom.

Fish cleaning facility plus crabbing equipment.

There is a kayak with paddles and life jackets (please note these items are used at guests own risk and must be returned to the back room of house in good condition).

Truly a very neat, tidy and clean home which has a beautiful feel to it for you to base your Yorke Peninsula getaway!

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to take your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.
If you have no KB top/bottom sheets these can be hired for $35, you will still need to bring your pillow cases and all other linen.
If you wish to hire the KB sheets you will need to let office staff know and this charge will be manually added to your booking.

Bed configuration - Bed 1 - king bed, single and trundle, Bed 2- queen bed plus single, Bed 3 - queen bed

Stansbury is a small sea side town with an excellent beach, hotel, playground, cafes, post office, butcher, chemist, service station, IGA, museum, information centre and golf course.

Our 3 families fit in perfectly. Being across the road from the ocean was ideal ... the front outdoor living area gave us uninterrupted and beautiful views of the bay. Was in walking distance to the pub, which suited us too! We are already planning our next stay here! '

Property in perfect location. Generally tidy but bathroom had not been cleaned properly prior to our arrival. We received an awful email post stay accusing us of "breaking into the cleaners cupboard" and that we had left it in bad repair.....total nonsense. This put a horrible end to an otherwise good stay.

Wonderful location with magnificent views and in the warmer months it would be an absolute pleasure to sit at the outdoor table overlooking the bay. However over winter the house needs addition heating. A one 'room airconditioner' and a small oil heater doesn't sufficiently warm the lounge room on a cold night let alone house, and it is therefore rather cold and even uncomfortable. As stated.. nice property but additional heating for the winter months is required.
