“Hot tub was luje warm. The skeleton crew could barely keep up with taking care of basic amenities. The breakfast eggs, donuts and muffins were fine. The bacon was seriously undercooked, I microwaved mine to bring it up to a palatable state. ”

“This is a convenient location with nearby restaurants and shopping. Unfortunately our bathroom floor could have been cleaner, the sheets on our bed did not seem to fit properly, and the guests above us made so much banging/pounding noises but staff was willing to help intervene once I informed them. The front desk staff were friendly. ”

“The hotel smelled bad like mold and Indian cooking. The room was clean but I did not have a wastebasket . I think someone was cooking in a room close to me late in the evening. I was glad to leave.”

“I booked a room, arrived at the hotel to a kiosk in the lobby, after waiting an hour for it to update and find my reservation, I was notified that there was not yet a clean and ready room for me. I could not locate a person to help me and I left the hotel.”
