Easy to get to from the airport, nice restaurant, breakfast and rooms! The pool is nice, the gym is a little on the smaller side but who works out in hotel anyway. Would stay again next time I visit the area.

This is at the airport so not a lot to do or see. They do have a first class restaurant and there is a small shopping mall across the street. The laundry service was good, a bit expensive, but for me it was a much appreciated service.

My room had no coffee, no coffee on my floor either items in my room were broken and I told the management as soon as i entered the room, they told me they would fix all the issues after I left the hotel and checked out I tried to buy a coke with cash and they would not allow me to buy it because the Sewdish - Norway exchange rate was so bad…I really wanted that coke and the hotel takes cash…so dissapointed

Very conveniently located next to the airport that is accessible via a walking path. Large rooms, updated, clean and quiet. Excellent breakfast and buffet in the evening.

Good service, noisy room, too warm duvet

Due to a flight cancellation and a rebooking to early the next day I needed a place to stay urgently. Very nice reception, good service in the restaurant, and the food was good, convenient offer of an early breakfast for early travellers. However, the ventilation in the room was very noisy and the duvet cover too thick. I woke up all the time either because of the noise, or because I was too warm.

This hotel is 5 star. Beautiful room everything perfect. This hotel would be $400 per night in the US. Breakfast was beyond amazing. Smoked salmon eggs a buffet alone worth the cost of the room.

Great alternative to Trondheim for a road trip.

We had a room in full sun that was like a sauna as not many hotels on Norway have ac. We were moved very efficiently by reception to a lovely inside room that was spacious and cooler. We had a delicious meal in the restaurant, the starters are huge and was plenty, then the most amazing breakfast for Norway’s national holiday. The buffet was vast. This is a perfect hotel for the airport or road trip and is better than staying in Trondheim.

Welcome to Hell...

Rooms NOT AT ALL AS PICTURED, looked like a Norwegian reform prison cell, indifferent, snippy staff to boot. Corner slice of window with no tint/mirroring looking inside the building directly across to the glass elevators and all floor halls, so no window really (must use curtains at all times). A/C not working in room. Expensive 5 item choice menu in restaurant (well overcoojed burger = $25 usd (no room service either, best to get food rom nearby REMA 1000 or in hidden in hotel lobby snack bar) Refrigerator not working. Given a bag of ice and a towel for my insulin. Nothing for my food, no apologies either. Desk staff very entitled and rude when told of issues. Chastised like naughty school children for contacting hotels.com about room, dismissive & impatient about refrigerator/insulin concerns. No water glasses. No bath floor mat. 2 small towels in bathroom. Cheap awful toilet paper, ugh. Shower stall doesnt fit to floor so water cones out from under on bathroom floor, dangerous with no bath mat / floor towel. Tiny sad old pillows. 1 per bed, extra ones in room but without pillowcases. Outdated and spartan, like a $50 room. In desperate need of renovation. Nothing at all like the room in the booking photos. Was selling for $225 the night I was there (I had booked at $175). Hand sanitizer machine outside breakfast buffet empty. Gross. Never again.
