" A Perfect Stay at the Perfect Wave Cottage!We had an amazing time at the Perfect Wave Cottage! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and kindness who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The communication was prompt for our getaway to Seabrook. The cottage itself was beautifully appointed, with stunning views and all the amenities we could want.The location was perfect for our needs, offering the tranquility we sought along with easy access to nearby attractions. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the cottage, from the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy living space. The little things were all so thought out. We feel blessed to have had the opportunity to share time together in this home.Overall, our experience was nothing short of fantastic! Thank you to our wonderful hosts, Richard and Yvonne for their courteous service and for making our vacation so memorable. We can’t wait to return! Highly recommend!"

"The house was lovely, clean, organized, quaint, and had all the little things we needed as extras (coffee and tea for the chilly evenings, dog wash outside, hot tub towels, laundry, kitchen essentials enough to have 8 ppl eating a few times, then fill dishwasher.) Great location, nice short walks to all the things, beach, trails, park, town stores etc. So great as a home away with our friends! Gated yard front and back, pretty views, separate basement tv room for early riser kiddos etc. Thank you!!"

"Loved the property. It was perfect for a "girls" getaway. The only drawback was that the master bedroom sheets smelled like they sat in the washer too long. But the good news was they had washing machine soap so it was easy to remedy the issue! Hope to return soon."

"Y-Knott is well-appointed, spacious, and conveniently located. Our group of 10 adults enjoyed quiet bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a large gathering space, making for the great socializing we wanted.House was spotless and brightly lighted with comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen was nicely outfitted with cooking implements and appliances."
