“Easy check in. Room in perfect shape and smelled amazing upon entering. Clean linens and towels. Super comfy bed. Only tiny gripe is the size of the shower for anyone 6’ or taller, you might struggle to scrub up lol. Everything else was amazing!”

“Frondesk experience was stellar. Room was extremely comfortable, clean, quiet and had lovely details from its historical roots. (Original wooden doors, faux antique dial phone, retro vintage prints, etc.) Fabulous heated tile floor in the bath. Quality linens, and nice fluffy robes. In room coffee, microwave and fridge for convenience. ”

“The room was amazing, staff even more amazing! No complaints about the hotel whatsoever. Expedia on the other hand, failed. The payment transfer from Expedia to the hotel was such a headache and Expedia wasn’t being helpful when we had a hard time checking in. Front desk did amazing though ”

“We had stayed here twice before and had enjoyed our stay each time. The room was clean and the staff friendly. As always, the view of the river and ship activity is fantastic. They are doing some remodeling right now so there is no hot breakfast available for awhile. We will stay again this summer.”
