“The condo is on the first level that has two other rentals above it. Which makes for very loud floors/ceilings! Upon arrival, I noticed quickly the floors and corners of the floors were still pretty dirty, and the cleaning wasn’t the greatest job of them…. “I was very pleased with this vacation rental. Great location, fantastic view of the ocean and is close to the main street of Broadway where the majority of the restaurants and shops are located. The building felt very safe, has an elevator that works really well and was reasonably quiet. This particular condo is a bit older but the furniture is comfortable and the TV's are great :)”
