“The condo is on the first level that has two other rentals above it. Which makes for very loud floors/ceilings! Upon arrival, I noticed quickly the floors and corners of the floors were still pretty dirty, and the cleaning wasn’t the greatest job of them…. I did wipe up a few areas just for my own sanity to live for the week. I understand the sand nearby is cumbersome and a “dirty” thing to try and always keep clean. Parking area is torn up and the caution tape did not make for a great first impression. Kitchen supplies are old and unorganized but worked for our needs. “Beautiful house in a great location. A very short walk to the boardwalk and access to the beach. Nicely stocked kitchen made cooking easy. Only notes for consideration are that two of the upstairs bedrooms are right off the stairway so just be aware of you’re coming with small children. The upstairs also got a little warm but was manageable- fans would be a helpful addition. Would definitely recommend and stay again.”
