The room was lacking, and the staff made the necessary corrections. No regular coffee pods, only decaf (dirty water to me), no door hanger to let maids know “Do Not Disturb”, and had to have maintenance correct the tub not draining issue. I didn’t notify the front desk about the hair that was either on the tub ledge or stuck to the inside of the shower curtain, but a bald guy doesn’t leave hair and it was there the first night. Just a note, but pay attention to the midweek rates vs the weekend rates, BIG difference. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The rooms are spacious, neat, well organized, ventilated and stocked with amenities. The breakfast is more to go style and sparse. They have a great gym, swimming pool, outdoor area, a safe parking lot and wide stairs. The have a wide elevator and carpeted hallways. A great price, wonderful room, excellent staff. I loved that they had a hot tub and indoor pool. The fire pits on a cool evening were wonderful. Free bicycle rental and free breakfast. One block away from Broadway (the Main Street) and just a few blocks walk to the ocean.
