  • Sharing our home with you is our delight. We hope you fall in love with the land, the unique character of the apartment and the town. Our 1 bedroom 1 Bath apartment is completely separate from our home. Check in/out is very easy and private. Sutter Creek and the surrounding Gold Rush communities are filled with an ease and pace of life that invite you to slow down, connect with yourself, each other, the land and the community. Relax and invite wonder: enjoy whatever might intentionally, or through the joy of serendipity, come to you this day, this moment. What a wonderful stay!! Far exceeded our expectations. We were in town for a wedding so we didn't have a ton of time to spend at the property, but we made the best of the time we did. The pool is to die for, so quiet and serene. Everything was clean and communication was clear and helpful. We want to come back with our son and spend more time at the pool. All around great property!!

The pool side seating was very comfortable, we did not use the fire table. The grounds are well kept and quiet and peaceful. Apartment was so cozy and bed was so comfortable has every thing to stay a home away from home. Definitely will be back.

Our stay at Sunset Hills for our 44th wedding anniversary was one of our best get aways yet. Charlotte & Betsie were excellent hostesses. Attentive to our needs, The apartment was very comfortable and had beautiful decor. Not to mention the gorgeous infinity pool and hot tub. We would definitely recommend viewing the sunset from the hot tub. We enjoyed the Element, Farm to Table Restaurant. I enjoyed the most tender chicken I have ever had. Also browsed through the cute shops of Sutter’s Creek. Along with a unique, delectable Irish-Louisiana style breakfast, which included beignets & an Irish type eggs Benedict at the Rosebud Cafe in Jackson. Definitely, an enjoyable get away!

The owner, Betsy, was kind, generous, attentive, and helpful. Her property is well taken care of and well appointed. The views are at least as beautiful as the pictures show, and her house is very close to the town of Sutter Creek. I hope I get to stay again.

Sunset Hills Ranch was a wonderful place to spend Christmas with nearby family. Charlotte and Betsy were warm and welcoming, and the property was just as described. The bed was so comfortable, wow! Will definitely be back.

First, great night skys! This property is well located, great retreat, and nearby Sutter Creek town is adorable with wonderful food/dining options - we loved our stay and really appreciated the personal touch of hand made happy birthday signs for my wife’s 50th!

Perfect location for a wine country getaway

It's just a short drive from downtown Sutter Creek! Apartment was clean and very well equipped. The quiet, and gorgeous surroundings make for a perfect weekend away.

A second perfect visit

Our second time staying here, and everything was just as perfect and wonderful and we remember from our first visit. The location, the quiet, the pool! This is our favorite getaway spot - where we feel like family, and also feel like we're in our own little private paradise...can't recommend enough!
