Precious, we are sorry to hear you felt your experience was less than a favourable one with us, however we would like to set the record straight for our future guests. Firstly, your communication with us was non existent from the day you booked. We tried to reach out but no replies. The house is advertised as no pet allowed, as we don't have pets inside the house. However there is an external rabbit in the garden as advertised, who only feeds on the garden and does not need feeding. So your mention of urine smell inside the house is surprising, if not IMPOSSIBLE. Perhaps the professional cleaning company may have used their special cleaning products which we will now let them know. We messaged you and advised you that there was an abandoned cat who comes to the front of the house, and we have no heart to leave it hungry so we left some food for the neighbour to feed it. It doesn't go inside the house as it is unfamiliar to strangers. Again we have alerted you to this. FInally, you left the house with a broken piece of glass in the bathroom but we didn't charge you as a gesture of goodwill. As for the rough touwels, we have had only postive feedback from our guests so all it took was was call out to us to replace them for you but of course, you have zilch communication with us, so we cannot read your mind and come to replace towels for you. Perhaps in future it might help your experience better to reach out to hosts who are here to help you enjoy your stay. Unfortunately I cannot recommend you to future hosts at all based on our experience with you.
