Brought up a charging problem and staff did not care to address issues or switch rooms. Power in room went out for a few hours cause of hotel renovation. Overpriced waterfront property, would NEVER recommend or go back again.”

“What a nice surprise. My coworker and I had decided at the very last minute to stay in Cape Breton. There was very limited availability anywhere and, withour much research. we decided to stay here. This gem was a highlight of our whole trip. We really enjoyed the dinner experience. 7 courses of pure love! Lex and Hogle were most pleasant to talk to and are assets to this hotel. Our rooms were well equipped. The bed was comfortable, great showers and amenities. We loved having a Negroni on the……

“Paul was very welcoming and accommodating, made us sandwich plates since the restaurant was not technically open that day. They have pet friendly facilities which is great. The grounds and trails to the shore were fun as well. We had spent 2 days on the go and we were able to actually unwind. Our unit had no tv and we did not miss it at all. 9/10 would recommend!”
