We had fun up to the wee hours singing with Karoke,. playing pool, etc. The kids in the Family enjoyed the pool. Although we paid extra for extra time a n d were not able maximize the use of the pool, this was on us. The staff were super responsive and helpful.Thank you!”

“Late check-in fees even tho we told them ahead of time that our late flight was delayed further past midnight due to severe weather. Parking was a headache! Check-out was just as bad. We had to wait for someone to check rooms to get cash deposit back.”
