The hotel looks exactly like what you see in the ads, it’s clean, and the food is genuinely good. But what stood out the most was the staff. “Soy Y Viento is an excellent place for hot springs. Majority of the water comes from Mount Makiling; it means that the water is very relaxing and cures most your body pai. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food are excellent and very fresh. I do not mind coming back next year; for me to enjoy the hot springs from the pool. “Very convenient. Easy access to public transport. The room is clean and good size. The only thing i do not like is the smell of the room when i first time i arrived. The fumes of cigarette or tobacco was so strong. It seems like the nicotine sticks on the wall. You have to bring your own disinfectant and a good smell rubbing alcohol to neutralised the smell. Over all rating from me, it is very good. ”
