There was no hand soap and no place to put my open suitcase except on the bed or floor. Other hotels had a front desk, a suitcase holder and free water. The room was spacious but not very sound proof.

Hotel location is excellent, just few minutes walk from Ximen MRT station. Easy check in & check out, very clean room and fresh clean towels were provided everyday. I would highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for something convenient, reasonable priced and very clean accommodation during your visit to Taipei.

i was at the door and making phone call for front desk comes over for checking in. I was calling and waiting for almost an hour. The pictures viewed on line and look at urself totally r big difference. The room wasn’t cleaned, bath towel so thin and small. I have rash on my body and itching.

Well maintained, slight improvements needed.
The room was clean and comfortable, a lady comes by everyday to make up your room, tidy things up change your bath towels. Very friendly and nice. 2 small bottled water given everyday. Room condition was very clean and neat. 1) The front door code was changed and I wasn't aware of it. I came back at 1130pm one night and was unable to enter the building. Had to wait until somebody from the inside came out for me to be able to get in. Tip: check the posted signs behind the main door and at the elevators for the door code before you leave the building - every single time. 2) water pressure for the toilet was too low and unable to completely flush down everything. I had to repeat the flushing around 4times to completely clear everything. 3) no windows in the room and feels a little claustrophobic and depressing. Tip : keep the toilet lights on which also turns on the air vent , this helps to circulate the air in the window-less room. Other than these few gripes , it's really very well maintained and spotlessly clean like it was described by many others. Great location and great value for money. Staff are very polite and nice. Go for it.

Made the mistake of believing the place 24 hr check in. Did not read that check in ended after 9pm. So when I arrived around 11, was frustrated, especially after a long trip that I could not even get into the building. Called the owner a couple times before they picked up, and said they'll send someone over in 10 minutes to help check us in. It took a bit longer than 10 minutes, but I appreciate how accommodating they were, especially considering how late past check-in we arrived. The lobby looked a bit shoddy and run down, but they room and bed was very clean. I was very impressed with the shower actually. The stream of water was very strong and hot. Very welcoming after a long day. Despite the check in issues (which were my own fault), this place was great to stay at if you just need a nice clean bed and shower. Try to arrive before the 9pm check in time though :P

世界一チェックイン出来ないホテル
ロケーションが最高です。西門駅まで徒歩３分くらいで行くことができます。道路を渡ればすぐ桃源街もあります。コンビニも近くにあり便利です。西門町で朝まで遊んでも歩いてホテルに帰れます。

部屋自体は清潔で悪くない。むしろ快適である。しかしコロナ禍の現在、接触回避の運用方法が非常にもどかしい。チェックインする際にいちいちLINEで連絡を取り開錠方法を聞いてからでないと中に入れない。しかもすぐにつながらないため、時間の浪費を覚悟しなければならない。滞在中も他の旅客が待ちぼうけを喰らっている姿を数多く見た。先に荷物の預け入れなどを希望する場合などは特に注意が必要である。一度チェックインしてしまえばあとは快適に滞在できる。なお、隣に２軒あるお店はとても美味しく外帯もおすすめ。

Het was schoon en de ligging in het centrum was heel goed. Er was geen receptie je kpn met een code binnenkomen.e n dan lag daar een box met je sleutel. Als je alleen een goede slaapplaats wilt hebben is het een prima plek voor een goede prijs . Maar verwacht verder niets

入り口でインターフォンには少々戸惑いました 全く英語できない方はチェックインできるんでしょうか？ それ以外は清潔で、いいホテルでした タオルがバスタオルのみしかないのは気になりました。 しかしながらホテルの隣は有名な餃子店です。 多少慣れた方なら全く問題無いホテルだと思います
