“We loved this place. It’s a very attractive space with everything we wanted—lots of windows and several skylights, cozy living room, kitchen with everything, nice bathroom with a big tub, and an excellent bed with a foam mattress. I slept so well on it and had no back pain the next day. We didn’t use the washer and drier.The outside steps aren’t bad; we are late 60’s and 70’s and handled them with no problems. And the house and neighborhood are lovely. We’ll happily stay again.”

“The home was nestled in a rich neighborhood. Everything was well organized and clean. The host quickly responded to my questions and provided ima resolution to any concerns. Regarding sleep accommodations, the house is equipped with amenities for a family of five ore more. Overall, I would stay again in the future, while visiting the heart of DC. ”

“The location was perfect for us. The rooms on the third floor were quiet and private very clean. The bed was quite comfortable. Martin, the host, was courteous and genuinely helpful. Adding another reading light so there is one for each side of the bed would be an improvement for the room. ”

“It was a fantastic place, lots of room for our extended family of 10. Excellent location, close to the Metro, though parking was a little bit of a bear....but that's what you get for the location. The house is old with beautiful woodwork and stairs that let everyone know that someone is coming down them! :-) Our host responded very quickly when we let them know about a small issue. My only suggestions would be a new couch, there is one spot where everyone sits and you can tell by the large...

“Property as advertised. Plenty of room for the 5 of us. Kitchen well equipped with dishes, utensils, coffee… the location is ideal. Washer/dryer very convenient. After touring the museums we were able to come back to our place — a 5 minute walk brings you to multiple restaurants. If there’s any drawback at all, it would be the low water pressure in the showers.”
