“Overall had a great stay. The communication was great and he was very helpful with any issues I had. Had issues with the washing machine and lights but most issues got fixed right away”

“Awesome for our family in DC for our son’s wedding! Had everything we needed. AC was nice and cool. Bathrooms had supplies and plenty of towels. Kitchen had all appliances needed. Only suggestion would be to add some box fans for noise and air movement at night. Great spot for a big family!!”

“Pros: Check in & check out was easy. The apartment is right on a bus route to the National Mall/Smithsonian Museums, a 15 minute walk to the metro, 10 minute walk to a supermarket, and it's practically nextdoor to a restaurant. The location felt safe. The price was good. The kitchen came equipped with essentials. The on-site laundry wasn't overpriced (pro tip: bring quarters for laundry, it's coin-op.) The host provided linens, towels, and toiletries (and the towels were super soft & fluffy!)……

“Great location for a DC visit”

“This B&B was clean, very comfortable, and every room was fully stocked. We wanted for nothing. The beds were very comfortable, with exception of the sofa bed. But then, what sofa bed is? But it was adequate. That would be my only complaint. There were stores and restaurants within a short walking distance, as well as the subway station. The streets could have been a little cleaner, but I always felt safe walking down the sidewalk. And the owner was very accommodating with any needs. I would……

“The neighborhood is pretty decent, although it looks like it is going through a rebuilding process at the time I stayed. The place was a bit dusty, the owner did not respond well when I needed it, some of the furniture was really cheap and wobbly, and the bed was horrible. I would say, in hindsight, I wish I had picked another place for the money I spent.”

“It was clean, and had everything we needed for a short stay. Communication with the host was excellent. The fridge was a bit small for our needs. Nonetheless, it didn't detract from our overall experience. We recommend for anyone looking to be in the heart of Georgetown!”
