"This is our second time staying at The Charlotte Hotel. The rooms have a nice traditional feel. Quiet location yet right in town with an easy walk to restaurants (including the new Bread & Butter), shops, and the waterfront. On street parking is plentiful and we've been able to park right in front of the hotel each August stay. Onancock is a peaceful place to stay on the Chesapeake Bay. A great value...we would 100% stay here again."

"We took 2 rooms during a road trip, arriving close to midnight with our extended family of 6. We only stayed one night, mainly to rest, and overall it served that purpose very well. On the positive side, the place was clean, The beds were comfortable, and it was a very good value for money. We were able to get a good night’s rest after a long drive. The only downside was the noisy air conditioning, which made it a bit less comfortable during the night. Overall, it was a good short stay and met our basic needs for a stopover (at that budget price!)"

"Reedville has been my childhood vacation spot since before I could walk. We own a small lot on Parker that is no longer livable. Reedville/Chesapeake holds a piece of my heart. I was able to bring to my daughter down and she has fallen in love as well. I haven’t stayed since my dad and papa passed so this trip did my heart some good. My daughter and I went for walks, spent hours and hours on the private beach and the community beach. The house is cute as could be! I havent had a vacation in 3 years and im so glad this is the trip we took. We will be back, and I plan to stay while we take down the old shack and hopefully someday I can call our place on Parker home. Until next time "

"We had a wonderful stay on Tangier Island, Virginia, at this lovely home. From the moment we booked, the host was friendly, responsive, and incredibly easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. They truly thought of everything you might need during your stay, which made us feel comfortable and right at home. They provide a fantastic experience of Tangier. The property itself was spotless and very well cared for. It was clear that a lot of attention goes into keeping the home clean, welcoming, and ready for guests. One of our favorite parts was the view from the second-floor balcony it was such a peaceful place to relax and take in the beauty of Tangier Island. The decorations and furnishings throughout the home were perfect for our family. A special highlight of our stay was the delicious meal Mrs. Stuart cooked for us in the home. It was such a memorable and personal touch, and it made our experience even more special.We would absolutely recommend this rental to other families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay on Tangier Island. Between the wonderful host, the clean and comfortable home and the amazing home cooked meal, this was truly a stay to remember."
