“The cottage was beautifully restored and decorated. I could imagine the generations of families that enjoyed the place. Our hosts were wonderful and very helpful.The only downside was the outside deck has not been restored.I would definitely recommend this place to someone seeking a quiet getaway.”

“Took my grandson for a weekend trip to Smith Island to celebrate his HS graduation. My daughter, also, accompanied us, since I am a 90 year old "Grammy", and need some assistance. Our cottage was clean, comfortable and had all of our needs. The host, Kim, was extremely attentive, and made our dinner the night we arrived so we could just relax. “Pictures and description don’t do the views enough justice. Having the Bay in front and the pond/inlet behind you allowed you access to whatever kind of water day you wanted. Neighbors were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We enjoyed the beach, kayaking out back, and the multitude of searing options/fire pits to enjoy the view. Would love to stay again!”
