“Loved the theme of the place. Would’ve liked to be able to pick my room in the main building where the only swimming area was open this time of the year. ”

“We chose a room with a creek, but with the air conditioner turned on, we couldn't hear the sound of the creek at all. There was not enough time to ventilate the room, there was an unpleasant smell when we entered, and I sprayed a lot of lysol. The bathroom is very! Very! Small! ! ! It's hard to open the door to get out of the tub and your leg or bath towel will rub against the toilet! The washbasin is so high that even young children can't wash their hands and brush their teeth by themselves. A……

“I absolutely loved this Motel I will definitely be staying there from now on when I go to Pigeon Forge kind of off the main drag so it was quiet but was convenient to everything rooms was outstanding beds were so comfortable I just can't say enough good stuff about this hotel because it was awesome I liked it so much that before I even left to go do what we were going to do in Pigeon Forge I reserved another night”

“We stayed four nights for our anniversary. The room was nice, not new but nice. It was clean when we arrived. We were advised upon check-in that there would be no maid service during our four-night stay. If we wanted fresh towels or toiletries, we would have to come to the desk & get them ourselves. The room was quiet & the beds were comfortable. The a/c worked great. Overall a good stay but a four-night stay should have come with maid service.”

“The room was beautiful and clean. The information about how to maneuver both the parking and hotel were terrible. There was no one and nothing in print to direct us to where we needed to be. This was annoying and tiring. It ended up.costimg.us money we should not have had to spend.”
