“早朝フライトのため前日から宿泊しました。しかし、そのフライトは悪天候のため乗継ぎ便に間に合わないことが決まったため私たちはもう一泊ここで宿泊することに決めました。チェックアウト直後の再チェックインだったので、元の部屋を使う条件で早朝から部屋を使うことができました。 空港内にあるこのホテルは悪天候の中の移動も簡単にできましたし、翌日もフライト直前までゆっくりと過ごすことが出来ました。”

“Appeared to be brand new. Very clean and everything in good condition. I never stayed at this chain before so didn't no what to expect. The facility was fine and the staff was friendly and helpful. However......the "continental breakfast" was a joke. Snack bars and pre-packaged muffins. No coffee available except at breakfast and only cafinated (decaf was instant). You could ask for a coffee maker in your room (we brought our own coffee) but it's a drip percolator type that won't use……

“It's a new hotel and it's been open for 3 years. The front desk was friendly and helpful. She even took a picture with my mom. Also, Lizette Santos is the executive housekeeper and she was helpful and sweet with my mom. This was a wonderful cozy and warm place to stay. My family will rebook again when we visit.”

“Mrs A was absolutely amazing when I checked in. I was here early due to my business meeting ending sooner than expected and they did everything to get me a room sooner so that I would not have to spend hours with no where to go. The rooms are being updated so expect things to be a little noisy during the day but other than that everything is great.”

“We had a great stay! We were in town for UAH graduation. We had multiple rooms for family members. We picked this hotel based on price, locations and the convenience of having walkable restaurants right across the street in the Bridge Street Mall. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice, clean and quiet. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“We are so incredibly pleased with how courteous and professional the staff are, all of the dining options (there is a beautifully put together room service menu with a plethora of options), and many amenities (I had lavender relaxation oil on my bedside table!). There are plenty of entertainment options in the area that are especially easy to walk to or a short drive away. We will most definitely be back. ”
