Needs much updating.”

“The ad said that breakfast was included. My confirmation email said it was "light" breakfast. I was ok that this cost $25 more than other places with no breakfast. However, I was lured in by the breakfast and bait and switched with this supposed light one. The juice machine was broke, and the only food available was oatmeal packets. I've had places that had light breakfast but this was completely misleading and I won't ever go there again.”

“The room was clean, staff were very nice, parking was free and right next door. The only real problem was that we showed up at 4pm for check in and the line to check in was 20+ long. Then when we finally got to the front desk our room was not ready. Our room did not become available until almost 7pm at night. Air conditioning worked decently. “Went on a family trip to the Smokies! The cabin is great on a large property with a beautiful view of the lake. Can be difficult to find at night. Lots of twisty roads. The cabin itself was comfortable with plenty of room for 7 of us. Make sure to bring groceries because there are only small convenience stores nearby. Bring wood for the fire pit and swim gear for the hot tub. We look forward to returning next year!”
