“We really enjoyed our stay here. The view is great! The beach has plenty of room to spread out. There were only two umbrellas to use so if you don’t get one and want cover you’d need to bring your own. We had an issue with the bathtub and it was handled very quickly. We will definitely be back! ”

“We enjoyed a week at this condo. The condo was clean. The condo is outdated as seen in the pictures but pleasant to stay in. The check in and out process was easy. The location is great right on the gulf with a beautiful beach. Pool was good but needed to be cleaned. Short walk to John’s pass. Overall a good place to stay for a beach front place.”

“We stayed here for a few days at the end of our Disney trip to relax a little. It was my wife, two 13 year olds and a 17 year old and myself and we loved it. Patrick was a fantastic host and we were even able to meet him in person one day while he was in town! He truly wants all his guests to enjoy their stay and even sent me a short video on setting up the beach canopy that was in the closet with the chairs! St Pete area is very calm to what we were used to and the condo location could not have……

“Our stay is amazing!! The view of the bay was stunning! Every morning and evening you could see dolphins and manatees. I traveled with my daughter and we felt very safe! The pool is beautiful and clean. I did add a 2 inch topper to the pull out sofa for some extra comfort but I left it behind for the next person. We will definitely be back! Also the owners response time is great and she is very nice!”

“There was an issue with the pullout couch from the previous renters and the owners and family made sure there was a new one the next day and they brought us an air mattress for the night prior before they delivered the new couch and on the hottest day of July .”

“We stayed with family in several units on this property and ours was by far the best. It was cozy with that home feel and personal touch from the moment we arrived. All appliances were in working order parking was easy and Gregg was amazing and made sure my family and I were taken care of (since I was stuck working the day we were to check in and arrived later). Pool was clean and had security there to ensure family and kids safety. Easy access to the cleanest area on the beach and just a short……
