“We reserved a suite, as there were 3 adults. Entered our room & it was only a queen bed. Went downstairs & lady said they must have overbooked & gave your room to someone else. I said well that's unacceptable. I booked this room last month. Took over a 1/2 hr. for her to fix it. Not sure how she did that when she said they were fully sold out. It was just extra stress that I didn't need 8:30 at night.”

“The hotel was clean and the staff was pleasant however the fact that we were bumped to another hotel on our first night there after driving eight hours from Maryland without a phone call from the manager and receiving a letter at the front desk was very disappointing to say the least. The parking situation was not to our liking either as we had to move our car by 10pm into the garage and then pay $10. “We booked this hotel because it had stellar reviews and we were not disappointed. The staff was welcoming, warm, fun and helpful. The facilities were very clean and well maintained. Breakfast selections were excellent. Our room was very comfortable. The location is perfect for access to downtown events. We wish the parking lot was free but at least the $10 per night charge was minimal. We would definitely stay there again.”
