“I really wanted to give this hotel an excellent. The rooms were huge. The hotel is less than a year old. Beautifully appointed. Lots of staff. Great full breakfast that changed daily. The major downfall is that the room cleaning service dropped off the longer we stayed. We booked the hotel for the four nights, and by the third night, the cleaning staff stopped cleaning the room, only straightening the bed; did not replace towels. When we mentioned it to management, we were told we had to request……

“Found this place on our way back home. It was an amazing find! The room was spacious and beautiful. Our 13yo and my husband had a blast in the water park. The hotel was nice and quiet, even with lots of kids there. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Also, the lobby had a water dispenser full of lemon ice water, which was very appreciated from someone who is picky about city water. We would 100% stay here again!”

“I am not sure how what year photos on the Expedia app were taken but certainly not recent. Staff not helpful or outside smoking. Place is a pit. No coffee for breakfast Noisy. Dirty and ran down. Go stay down the street where rest of nice places are. This is a dump”
