“This is our 2nd year staying at the maverick apartment in Wolfeboro. If you can’t have a beach house on the lake, this is a great location for enjoying downtown Wolfeboro. You can walk to everything and the apartment is clean and pretty well stocked. While the apartment is on one level, there are 10 steps up to the entrance. We usually found parking but it can be a challenge. We bring a couple of extra frying pans—and only one closet has a rod. But the kitchen is efficient with new appliances....

“The location is ideal, and centrally located to the downtown, lake area, and nearby attractions. The interior is very well maintained. The layout itself is small but not cramped. There are some oddities such as the two doors to the main bathroom and the kitchen switch being behind one of the bedroom doors but they do not detract from the overall experience. “Stayed a couple of nights in order to enjoy the Wolfeboro Christmas parade and tree lighting as well as the Nutcracker at Kingswood Performing Arts Center. Apartment is cozy and within walking distance of downtown area for entertainment, shopping and restaurants. ”
