“The building is in horrible shape but I won't blame the unit owner. The pool was a joke and the attached shopping(?) building was nearly abandoned. The unit could use some updating. The bed was horribly uncomfortable and squeeky. Every movement either my husband or I made was loud and kept us both awake. “The studio is in an older building but has been meticulously remodeled and decorated. It is very well appointed. Perfect for families with a Murphy bed for the kids and lots of games. The pool area has been upgraded and is very comfortable and clean. It is only a few miles from Weir’s Beach, Meredith (Lake district), and the concert Pavillon. Great value. Wonderful hosts. “Condo unit was very clean and adequate to serve as our home base for a Thursday to Sunday visit to Lake Winnipesaukee! The units are a little older but the check in was easy, everything was there in the unit, it was clean, the communication with renters was excellent! The pool and area where the grills are is very nice and clean. Everyone at the property was super friendly. Central location. Would stay here again. Great Visit!”
