“Great Hotel and service”

“It’s an older property that appears to have been updated at some point in the past. Overall I would only rate it as a 2 star property. Also, not at all a good value for what we had to pay. I would not stay there again.”

“Front desk Karen was rude and aggressive. She told me that since there was a fire in the laundry everything is messed up. I asked for luggage cart and told me to look on all the floors first a luggage cart. I said thanks for helping the handicapped. There never was a luggage cart. Absolutely rude”

“Very helpful with my early checkin as I have a bad back but I was not able to secure an hour later checkout which was difficult as I could not get a ride in til noon”

“The place seemed clean but it didn’t smell as clean as I would expect. We are traveling and are spending a night here and there. This was more expensive with less than optimal experience.”

“The place is really old and run down. Our personal room had ripped curtains, cracked tiles on the floor. The toilet was broken and wobbles. Couldn't even use the pull out bed. It had a huge red stain on the mattress and was loaded with potato chip crumbs.”

“There were a lot of knats/fruit flies in my room. I suspect it was from general humidity and the A/C in my room which was the old kind of wall unit that drew air from the outside and probably had a bit of condensation. I doubt that anything could have been done about it, but it was annoying. There were only 10 channels on the TV - no HBO or movies offered. I streamed what I wanted to watch on my MacBook, I feel there should have been a better TV system. The breakfast was pretty standard for a……
