“Friendly staff”

“Great hotel, perfect location, poor service when trying to check in before 3pm, rude guy on the desk wouldn’t even check to see if our room was ready. ”

“I have stayed here before and didnt realise the hotel was so big and went all the way around the stadium. I was offered an upgrade for a very reasonable price but declined and the standard room I had was more than sufficient and had everything I needed. Didnt eat here but you're not short of choices just next door. Nice room and well appointed. Would defo stay again. Nice touch with the warm cookie on arrival BUT I suggest you ask people if they have allergies before handing them over. (Not……

“The room was very clean. No attraction place nearby but very close to Luton Airport perfect for business trips. Food in the restaurant was good but not something special.I like the bed, it's very good quality and the bathrooms is very clean. ”

“I booked two rooms, but the staff could arrange two adjacent rooms for me. One was at 1/F, one at G/F. It sounded non-professioinal service when they did not consider such factors. Totally disappointed.”

“I loved the interior decor of the hotel and the ambience. The rooms were in good condition for the age of the property. All the staff were super friendly and helpful but at times there were not enough especially at breakfast time. The breakfast choices were a bit similar with brioche buns or sourdough on most dishes making it hard to choose if bread is not your thing. ”

“The hotel used to be an IBIS hotel, so have similar decoration. The room is basic but sufficient, actually slightly better than I expected. No lift.”

“Food here is excellent we both had steaks that were cooked perfectly. Room very clean will good amenities in a lovely location. The bath/shower does need a grab rail and/or bath mat as it gets slippery. Overall a very nice stay.”
