The staff is kind, gentle and welcoming.
The hotel is really close to metro station and there is a lot of restaurants near in the area, so the location is convenient to move around Asakusa, Sky tree, or even go to Akihabara or Ueno.
The room is clean and spacious for two people.
The buffet breakfast is the best, I love the variety of dishes that they have and their kitchen staff is super friendly.

“This was a great choice for our family. The area was quiet but still very accessable to the Metro and jr line. We enjoyed the breakfast, it is small but sufficient and a good start to a day of sight seeing. The kitchen area has everything we needed and the bathroom and shower we're very nice. We had the bunk bed set up and our son loved having his own 'fort bed '. Would definitely stay here again”

"Service was good, everyone was kind. The rooms were clean although very small, with a tiny closet and no drawers, but I had this same experience in another hotel in Japan, so no surprise.
The breakfast was not good, they have buffet of western and Japanese food but, while trying to cater to everyone, they don't focus on the taste, and it was actually bad.
The hotel is located close to several subway stations, one of them is just across the street, but if you are trying to get to more "toursty" areas like Ginza, you have to walk a bit more to the other closest line, but it was no big deal.
I think this hotel might be better for business travelers just because of that specific reason, as I would try to be closer to tourist areas when I go back to Tokyo for tourism.
But overall it was a good experience."
