“Very cozy and clean but needs to be rearranged for space and needs more places to put suitcases and things in bathroom have no room. Mirror isn't over sink and plug for hairdryer is really low. Ladder in middle of the room takes up too much space. Did have alot of ammenities for kitchen if needed.”

“We were extremely pleased with this rental. The house was very clean with new appliances including a washer and dryer. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding looked new and clean. Almost everything we needed for our week's stay was there too. Carol, our host, couldn't have been nicer and more responsive. We would highly recommend this location!”

“In town visiting family and to go to the March Madness games at KeyBank. This location was perfect for the 4 of us. Only about 20 minutes to get into the city. It is also located in an area on a quiet, safe street. It was so easy to get anywhere if you are going out and about, and has lots to offer near the house and only a minutes by car. Could not really enjoy the outside since the weather was typical Buffalo spring weather, but it would be real nice in the warmer months. The house, both……

“Checking in, staff said couldn’t find reservations and basically walked away and left us standing there after we showed them the reservation, receipt of payment and itinerary number. Thankfully a manager happened walk up, heard our frustration and found the reservation immediately. We had traveled from Texas to New York so we were fairly panicked. After the manager got us set up everything went smoothly. The hotel lobby is beautiful.”
