We appreciated the 2 refrigerators and the double hot air stove. The retractable awning over the deck was a plus with the hot sun. The interior design and exterior property are beautiful. “Most aspects of our stay were very good. The pool was delightful, beds were reasonably comfortable, and a very user friendly kitchen. The furniture in the main living room was not the same as pictures (very Victorian instead) and the yard and front of the house could really use some spiffing up. Anne, our hostess was very responsive and the location is very nice as well.”

“We stayed at this lakehouse to celebrate our daughter's Sweet 16th Birthday. My husband and myself brought our daughter who turned 16 while we were there, and 10 of her 16 year old girlfriends. We were there from July 8th, 2025 through July 11th, 2025. The property had more than enough room for all of our sleeping arrangements. “What a great location for our family vacation in the finger lakes area. So many things to see. It was the perfect retreat after a busy day of exploring the area. The property was just as described. Beautiful setting up the hill overlooking Conesus lake. The views during Spring and Fall would be especially spectacular.
