“We really enjoyed our stay (in town for my son’s Cooperstown Dreams Park tournament). The place was very clean and all kitchen and bedroom essentials were included. Towels for the bathroom were fresh and ready to use. The washer and dryer, grill, and coffee machine were especially handy. The WiFi was strong, the AC was cold, and the water was hot, so no issues there either. Communication with the owner Brad was quick and easy. All in all, we would definitely recommend staying here. We did not……

“Beautiful and clean lake house for our stay near Cooperstown. Kids enjoyed the fishing and we loved eating meals on the back porch. The drive to All Star Village was a little far, but we knew that going into it. It was a cozy place to come back to after long days at the ballpark and we were able to cook meals there, the kitchen had everything we needed. Short drive to beautiful downtown Cooperstown and the owner was very responsive and helpful!”

“Stayed here during Induction Weekend 2025. Immaculate and comfortable house, an easy fifteen minute drive from Cooperstown. We very much appreciated the fresh eggs and access to folding chairs and umbrellas which came in handy. This was the perfect home base for our visit to the Baseball Hall of Fame!”

“The property itself is absolutely gorgeous! It's an adorable cottage, recently remodeled, I felt like we had walked into a Southern Living magazine. Great location, barely 15 minutes to CDP. We were there for baseball, stayed with another set of parents, and the cottage's twin bed BR was perfect for the few nights the boys stayed with us. Antonietta was most gracious, very responsive. I've already recommended this cottage (along with the other cottage right next door, and her other properties)……

“This was for us the perfect place to stay while our grandson was at Dreams Park. Wonderfully secluded, beautiful and pleasant drive to town. A second younger grandson and dad were here too. The property includes a small pond just full of hungry little bass, my grandson and I caught and released an uncountable number. My wife and I hiked their wooded trail. I got up early to drink coffee and listen to the birds (2 new species for me). This is the perfect place to stay while at Cooperstown.”

“The house was perfect for our trip to watch our son play baseball in Cooperstown! Antonietta was quick to respond to our questions and even provided us with some chairs and a cooler to take to the ball field with us. We would definitely recommend the stay in Hartwick!”

“This place is incredible. Every single detail was thought over. We especially appreciated the guide book for local sites and eating. This was a last minute find for us for a baseball tournament after another place fell through and let me tell you how happy I am that it happened the way it did. Even for being a tiny home, there was plenty of room for our family of 5. It had everything we could have needed and it was SO CLEAN! We cannot recommend this property enough. Now, we are going home to……

“WOW… great place that comfortably accommodated our group of 6 adults and 2 kids. Whatever little touch or thing you can think of the hosts had there. Extremely clean, well equipped, great quiet location to decompress. Plenty of wildlife. Great views. Great hosts”
