“The family above our room was banging on the floor and yelling ALL night and we couldn’t sleep. Tried calling the office and left a voicemail but no call back nor did they speak to family. Had to blast the A/C and TV to try and get sleep. When I checked out the following morning all they said was, “sorry”.
Will not go back. Poor customer service”

“The only places to stay around Glimmerglass are these small motels. This was a lovely surprise. The room was very clean and the owner is so nice. There is a nice backyard to this place that has a pavilion, a fireplace and games. Very family oriented.”

“We were very pleased with this Red Roof lodge. The main lobby was very clean and cheerful. At check in they were very friendly and accommodating. We were not sure what condition the place would be in as you see pictures on line but things could be different when you arrive. This one was not different. So we booked another night stay. During the next day I was amazed at the amount of staff they had working to keep the place clean

“If you want a place where there's some space and just to sleep, then for the price they charge it's a nice place to stay. Other places were much more and we were visiting Cooperstown for my son's 12U. baseball tournament and we only used this place to sleep and get up and go to the game and repeat. It served its purpose. The staff were a family that resided at the property and they were respectful and friendly.”
