“We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kim's cottage. The property was perfectly engulfed in nature. It was far enough but also close to local area attractions and Woodstock. The hiking trails are very close by and some of the most beautiful we have seen upstate. The cottage was stocked with everything (and more) that you could need. We would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay!”

“Us: 6 men in the 60s looking for a nice home for our annual summer getaway weekend. Home (inside): Very nice! Excellent flow throughout the house. Nice size kitchen, dining area and family room. Well appointed and furnished nicely. Bedrooms: Excellent variety of bedrooms and sleeping locations. Master bedroom/bathroom is very nice and large. Stairs: Not good. Sturdy but not up-to-code and difficult for tall people. Home (outside): Needs quite a bit of weed-whacking and cleanup. Needs better……
