“This was our second time here. Good location for our needs. Quiet.”

“Bernadette’s home was beautiful, our group especially loved the sun room and the views from the deck. Very clean and well-stocked with necessities. We enjoyed our stay very much!”

“This light-filled cottage near the Ashokan Reservoir has everything we needed for a relaxing weekend. Great deck, serene wooded landscape, well-appointed kitchen, grill and fire pit, ACs in each room, comfy beds, and information on nearby hikes and attractions. Easy access and clear communication, too. Highly recommend.”

“It was beautiful and cozy, just as described. The hosts were very communicative and helpful, and the place was exceptionally clean. I honestly didn’t want to leave! We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be making plans to return in the future.”

“Great host with clear, easy check-in instructions. The home is beautiful and spacious, perfect for a family getaway.”

“This is a spacious home with a convenient and well equipped kitchen and lots of light! There are bedrooms and bathrooms on two levels -so staying with another couple or family is very easy and private. The location is convenient to many awesome Catskills attractions while also being very secluded. We loved it!!”

“The home was lovely and the view was absolutely stunning. You get this view from all but 1 room. I rated at mid point because the primary rooms bathroom has 0 curtains. Which for the first day seemed fine, until I could see our neighbors walking about. After that we concluded that, yes they can see into the very back of the bathroom, even the toilet. I was very disenchanted at that point. As for the hot tub, the water never got beyond tepid and had issues that needed calls and effort to get back……

“The room is too dark with very few lights.”

“This is a wonderful place to stay. I love the rustic lodge. We stayed in the Bear. The beds were fabulous and the room is spacious. The bathroom needs to be redone. The toilet is low and the vanity is dated. There should be a lighted mirror and extra lighting in the bathroom. Otherwise, the Emerson meets my expectations!”

“I like this place very much. It is beautiful, clean and in a great location. The heated pool and jacuzzi, the fireplaces, all wonderful. But I think the studio room we had was VERY overpriced.”

“Nice to stay in the main Hutton House but also get to enjoy the bar and open air restaurant along the river, just a short walk away.”

“We had an exceptional stay here! The room was huge, clean, and the amenities top notch! Staff were friendly, engaging, and they could not have been more welcoming! Our spa experiences were more than wonderful, and the spa itself is one to experience for sure! An evening at the bar for dinner was heightened by exceptional service provided by Bella! We undoubtedly look forward to returning soon!”

“Checkin was great. Staff was very helpful.”
